Bulk bag dischargers from Best Process Solutions Inc. (BPS) provide dust-free product discharge from bulk bags. These dischargers are expandable and flexible to meet discharging and bulk bag requirements.
Three reliable models are available: Model MTD-2.5K for unloading bulk bags up to 2,500 lb. capacity; Model MTD-4K for bulk bags up to 4,000 lb. capacity; and the heavy-duty Model BBD-4K discharger with vibratory motor agitation to assist in unloading hard-to-remove products.
Each bulk bag unloader is outfitted with standard features and can be customized with optional functionality. Every discharger is equipped with BPS’s Bag Transport Frame –designed for both fork truck and crane or hoist pick-up.
